All sales are final though exchanges are accepted.

Please carefully review your order, sizing, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@pithykits.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Processing Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your exchange. If approved, your replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible.
